They require no skill whatsoever, because the enemy usually can't fight back.  All you need to do is hit them.  And BR is OP.  To quote from the elites "It is dishonorable".

No they don't, how much skill does it take to point a gun at someone's head?  If you call that skill, then you are looking for excuses to call yourself "good".  

About the Elites, I meant (REAL (canonically accurate) elites that don't run MM searches daily and play SWAT. 

Does take skill if they move around like a jack rabbit, plus considering u have a BR you think just aiming the for the head will be good enough? They'll take cover and counter. Plus BR takes Skill once again to use because if your facing someone whos good with long range weapons like urself it'll require you to out BR them.

Back to the Elites. Swords are the only thing i see honorable about them. But Needlers or plasma cannons/pistols?

 You're saying it takes skill to hide behind something?  For a blind guy maybe.  IT takes no skill to move a little stick around in different directions.

True that but thats if your opponent doesnt know your pattern or predict where ur going to jump to

Well Then the arbiter dishonored himself for beating down Forge who couldnt fight back because he lost all his weapons... cept for that one tiny blade

It's still not very hard to multi-task, so some hand-eye coordination, and move that little circle back onto some guy's head.

 

Forge had already put up a fight.  Therefore the Arbiter had the right to kill.
