    A Fundamental Question

One of these sentences about Halo Wars is true:

The story is great and the game is great.

The story is great but the game blows.

The story blows but the game is great.

The story blows and the game blows.

Compare it to whatever you want, I don't care. Which sentence is right?

    Re: A Fundamental Question

Either 3 or 4, I haven't played enough of it to be sure about gameplay, although the few times I have got to play it it seemed too... shallow? to me, from an RTS perspective, although it was pretty fun, which I guess is what I play for.

    Re: A Fundamental Question

Why must I chose between two extremes? Great or Blows.

Why can't I have "The story is ok, it kept my interest, but i'm not a big story fan. The multiplayer on the other hand is very good."

    Re: A Fundamental Question

Yeah, I'd also have preferred some less extreme views. I would probably have taken a "The story was terrible, but the gameplay was alright."

The thread isn't about my question. It's about your answer.

Fundamentally, which opinion do you share?

If it was about the answer you shouldn't of only given us 4 set answers to chose from.

If I was to pick from yours, I wouldn't pick any. But if it was about answes I would say, the story is ok, it kept my interest, but i'm not a big story fan. The multiplayer on the other hand is very good."

    Re: A Fundamental Question

If I gave you 50 choices you still would not choose because none of them would be exactly your answer. I just narrowed it down to four.

But... but... I disagree with all of them...

Haven't you ever heard of neutrality? Or not holding extreme views, at least?

    Re: A Fundamental Question

I think the multiplayer is fantastic, the campaign is ok and the graphics are truly awesome. I think its a great idea to bring halo into a strategy game.
