    ghosts

    they need to do something because hogs overpower them ghosts need to be made stronger or give them a shield or both a ghost is an equal to the hogs on halo 3 but when i play halo wars i refuse to use them they are to weak

    ghosts are suppose to be weaker but they are both useful, hogs are more useful that's true but ghosts have there uses (mainly in 1v1 and covie mirriors and somtimes UNSC vs covie)

    Ghosts are cheaper, move fast therefore micro easily, and train faster, that's about the only advantage they have over hogs. However, if you mass them early they will pose much more of a threat. They are also great against air.

    Okay, here I go again.

    Why the f*ck do people, when comparing units, say if they can beat (or can't beat) their corresponding unit? By that logic, every unit in the game is UP on one side or the other.  Seriously.  That's like saying Cobra's are UP because Hunters beat them.  You define a unit by if it can or can't kill what it's supposed to kill and if it can't do what it's supposed to do.

    1) Ghosts give a great swarm factor.  Seriously, they soak up rage damage like crazy along with AoE damage from Canisters and stop jacks from Spartans.

    2) Ghosts annihilate air.

    Working as intended.

    Halo Fanboys. The next most annoying thing next to Jonas Brothers fanboys.

    Lol Ghosts are not even close to a Warthog...


    I 4 shot with both my BR and my MAC.

    Ghosts fit their use ; as scouts. Thats good enough for me. Warthogs, being UNSC, just have to show their face in late game *yawn*

    Yea, hogs tear down ghosts in halo 3, too.  But this is a completely different game, how ridiculous would it be if 1 laser shot from a spartan took out banshees, hornets, tanks, etc...  They have to change things or else there's no balance.

    might be a bit OP though, EHG's and jackels and ghosts could be made at the same time if they did this meaning that arby and UNSC might get owned. but yes I would sue ghosts ALOT more if they came from base and use cyclops mroe if they were ranged or started with a healing ability

    No, they wouldnt.

    The only thing a Ghost has going for it is its spam factor.  That means being pumped from 3-4 facotries at once.  You can't do that from bases often.

    Scarabs are UP against 4 MAC blasts

    Hawks are UP against Wolvies 

    Covie leaders are UP against d-bomb and mass flamers

    Someone ghost rushed me in 3v3 (i cryo glitched :P) and they did quite a number considering I had a few gunner hogs out...considering

    going back to get away after everything has changed

    At tech 3 they have a shield but at tech 3 you wouldn't even be using ghosts

    vs. covenant, use ghosts (with ram) to counter the enemy jackals so you protect your leader.  It works great as the prophet as the ghosts counter the only units that are a threat to him when he flies (jackals and vampires).
