what squad would you build for a BC?

 I ussually build an all brute squad; BC, 10 brutes, 6 wraiths, and 5 choppers.

Yea, it really depends.  I wouldn't include choppers in there.  I think the standard chieftain rush is just a bunch of brutes and jackals.  Not sure what else you'd want to do though, BC is easily my worst leader.

Depends on who the UNSC is. The time i would attack against UNSC with BC is around the 6 min mark. around 10 brutes, a few jackels and around 4 hunters.

Against a covenent player, i would attack 3 mins into the game with quadruple brute.
