Grand Patriarch: Captain Keys (open to suggestions, obviosly)
Special unit: UNSC Sniper Squad
The sniper squad is the ultimite anti infantry in the game, with the biggest weakness yet. The squad will start with one sniper, and one bonocular (unactive) and will have to be deployed (similar to cobras) however, with that outa the way, the snipers will have extremely long range, and high damage to infantry, almost no damage to anything else, snipers RARELY miss, and because im thinking of their range being far greater than even cobras, (maby a cobra and a half) they will not only light up, but leave sniper bullet steaks.
Upgrade 1: Sniper support.
UNSC Sniper squads get two snipers and a binocular. this basicaly upgrades their damage, though techneckly the snipers can attack two targers. this also adds 50% more health to snipers (another person in the squad).
Upgrade 2: Dug in.
When Snipers are deployed they dig in. note: only applys to deployed snipers. The UNSC sniper will recieve high armor and will no show up on the radar (will show up if player views them, but not on the circle map) the armor would protect against small projectiles like bullets, maby gauss, not fire or shapenel. this would make them much more usefull when deployed.
Upgrade 3: Magnesium Rounds
Suggestible due to overpowerment.
Snipers gain the ability to shoot superheated magnesium. this would alot snipers to do a SMALL amound of damage to a tank, im thinking enough that if 20 snipers (half the unsc pop) targedted 1 tank, it would be an instant kill, but not if 19 hit it, (this does not factor in misses, though snipers are very accurate.
UNSC SUPER UNIT
ROCKET HOG
The rocket hog is similer to other super units, its the same till the last upgrade, however its the only unit that makes sense to make super, because the mainline units are taken. also, its part of halo.
UPGRADE 4 for the super hog.
Rockets. the rockets upgrade is does as much as gauss, however it locks on, this makes hogs supreme anti air, and in adition good anti building. however, they can still be trumpted easily by tanks, and they would still be weak to air overall. ei, they wont miss, so they will kill more, but hornets still be hogs (also, chaft pod would make some missles miss, but things like banshees cant dodge that)
SUPER POWER:(missles from his ship are called ??? specific name) missles
he will shoot a barage of missles on enemys, thise missles do high damage, and have a SMALL ability to lock on. the missles do hurt heavy armor, but not nearly as much. also when he increases his ability, it increases the # of missles, so the area of effect gets a little bit bigger, but mostly it just lasts longer. the missles themselves would be able to hit air units, but only if your lucky, or there are lots of them (hawk spam?) also from halo, i think they were aa missles, but that is anti air, and he is in space.
I WILL also edit this as it gets better, and i get replys, in addition, im working on a covenant leader, if they add 2 leaders, thats good dlc, and more would be hard on balancing.
I like your snipers but rocket hog,no,its a scout and your suggesting it should be a super unit.
