    TRUCK - like the elephant,deploys infantry,has a small mg on top,deploys moterbikes and jeeps too,upgrades-?tech 1 unit.

    REBEL TANK-fast,cannon is very deadly vs infantry,rockets and missiles on the side of the turret,good vs everthing,tech 2 unit.

    SPECIAL VEHICLE- like a locust,just human has an LAAG and missles and rockets,much stronger than a locust though.tech 3 unit.

    GUNSHIP-chain gun and rockets,support unit tech 3 unit.

    TRANSPORT HELICOPTER- transport.

    Say what?
    Wasn't it something along the lines of I suggested we set it during The Great Schism, (which starting during Halo2). And then you said that that wouldn't work because in Halo3 all the grunts etc. were on the Brutes side, so the Elites would only have Elites. But then I pointed out that we didn't know for sure that all the grunts were on the Brutes side, actually, from halo2 we know some were on the Elites side (same with Hunters), so maybe there were still grunts etc. on the Elites side in Halo3, we just didn't see any. Some probably survived, along with the Elites that did.

    I think that's what happened...

    Strange,copied both links and neither of them worked,by the way there was a post in this thread here earlier asking several questions,i dont know what page there on be i would be liked if you answered them(shadow).

    I really like your ideas. No problems with them, except I would like to replace the Gremlin with the Cougar and add the Falcon. The crashed air unit you were referring to is known as the Albatross. Also if it helps I would mention the portable machine gun in H2 and the Grenade launcher that was in Halo Wars for the Warthog upgrade. Marines should have an assault rifle, Heavy troopers should have a Machine Gun, Medics are okay with the Smgs, but the other units usually wielding pistols should have smg or some other weapons. Other members and I had ideas about Spartans being more customizable, there would be 7 Spartans and each would be able to have their own unique weapons. Same with the Covenant Arbiter or Chieftain.

    There is alot in this post i dont understand,what the hell is a couger and a falcon,why do marines have to have assault rifles(this is what im most concerned about),elabourate on which machinegun your talking about,why does pistols have to be completely elimanated,7 spartans is a bit mad.

    Captain Keys (open to suggestions, obviosly)

    Special unit: UNSC Sniper Squad

    The sniper squad is the ultimite anti infantry in the game, with the biggest weakness yet. The squad will start with one sniper, and one bonocular (unactive) and will have to be deployed (similar to cobras) however, with that outa the way, the snipers will have extremely long range, and high damage to infantry, almost no damage to anything else, snipers RARELY miss, and because im thinking of their range being far greater than even cobras, (maby a cobra and a half) they will not only light up, but leave sniper bullet steaks.

    Upgrade 1: Sniper support.

    UNSC Sniper squads get two snipers and a binocular. this basicaly upgrades their damage, though techneckly the snipers can attack two targers. this also adds 50% more health to snipers (another person in the squad).

    Upgrade 2: Dug in.

    When Snipers are deployed they dig in. note: only applys to deployed snipers. The UNSC sniper will recieve high armor and will no show up on the radar (will show up if player views them, but not on the circle map) the armor would protect against small projectiles like bullets, maby gauss, not fire or shapenel. this would make them much more usefull when deployed.

    Upgrade 3: Magnesium Rounds

    Suggestible due to overpowerment.

    Snipers gain the ability to shoot superheated magnesium. this would alot snipers to do a SMALL amound of damage to a tank, im thinking enough that if 20 snipers (half the unsc pop) targedted 1 tank, it would be an instant kill, but not if 19 hit it, (this does not factor in misses, though snipers are very accurate.

    UNSC SUPER UNIT

    ROCKET HOG

    The rocket hog is similer to other super units, its the same till the last upgrade, however its the only unit that makes sense to make super, because the mainline units are taken. also, its part of halo.

    UPGRADE 4 for the super hog.

    Rockets. the rockets upgrade is does as much as gauss, however it locks on, this makes hogs supreme anti air, and in adition good anti building. however, they can still be trumpted easily by tanks, and they would still be weak to air overall. ei, they wont miss, so they will kill more, but hornets still be hogs (also, chaft pod would make some missles miss, but things like banshees cant dodge that)

    SUPER POWER:(missles from his ship are called ??? specific name) missles

    he will shoot a barage of missles on enemys, thise missles do high damage, and have a SMALL ability to lock on. the missles do hurt heavy armor, but not nearly as much. also when he increases his ability, it increases the # of missles, so the area of effect gets a little bit bigger, but mostly it just lasts longer. the missles themselves would be able to hit air units, but only if your lucky, or there are lots of them (hawk spam?)  also from halo, i think they were aa missles, but that is anti air, and he is in space.  

    I WILL also edit this as it gets better, and i get replys, in addition, im working on a covenant leader, if they add 2 leaders, thats good dlc, and more would be hard on balancing.

    I like your snipers but rocket hog,no,its a scout and your suggesting it should be a super unit.

    everybody says " yes! space warfare!" nooo!!! horrible gameplay, if they add anything besides land and air it should be patches of sea. but c&cs red alert 3 naval warfare war horrible. maybe hw2 can alter that and turn something like a 12 unit circle menu to a hw circle menu= lot less confusing. and maybe having a version for the pc? mongooses being trained in the UNSC base and have upgrades such as:

    1. NEWBORN= mongoose squadrans have 1 more mongoose. (1 mongoose squadran= 2 mongooses)     T1

    2. JAMES STUART= (and yes i know he rides dirt bikes) mongooses dodge incoming projectiles more affectively so u can micro.     T2

    3. ROCKETS= instead of assault rifles the back marine is equipped with a rocket launcer.     T3

    Cougar and Falcon were cut halo wars units that were pretty cool. Marines don't need to use ARs but that is their most common weapon, pistols don't have to be eliminated but they should belong to weaker units ex Medics. Madness? THIS IS SPARTA! (Really though 7 is a reference to Spartans, they don't have the benefits that the Chieftain and Arbiter have. Ex Power Armor, very powerful shields and devastating secondary abilities(not leader powers).

    ok! now for some ideas...

    Covenant

    -Brutes should have their own faction. (brutes are needed in Halo + they are cool)

    •  Brute Stalker (there are 2 in the beginning)- their y-ability enables them to become invisible (like the Honor Guards) for maybe 30 sec? (the duration can be changed)  Also, there is a 20% chance of them using flame grenades which causes any infantry that is over the area that it is thrown on to start losing health (sort of like the scorch from the wraith).

                   -1st Upgrade=duration of invisibility increases to 1 min?
                   -2nd upgrade=the chance of a flame grenade thrown is increased to 50%(might be overpowered i don't know)

                   -3rd upgrade=adds another brute stalker into the group

    -thats all i can think of for the Brutes, if i have another idea ill add more (i know there are more just cant remember)

    -Srry, this is all i got for today. Tomorrow (Nov. 28th) i will be adding more of my ideas (and by that i mean many)

    -Robot, if you are reading this take some of the ideas to consideration please because i know that all of us have many great ideas that would make the game absolutely superb to play.
