    What would you want. Battalion of Elites or ODST's

    I think elites for sure, invisible + energy sword is killer and shields

    Elites, Camo, Sword, Shield, Better every weapon, And they can dual wield with freakin jet packs

    Hmmm, problem is that we have no idea who is in the batallion or what the battalion specialty is. Like I'd take a battalion of ODST's as good as The Rookie over a normal elite battalion. Or if it were The Arbiter's(any of them) forces I might take them. See, I want very specific details before I chose XD

    Good point, I can only imagine what the Elites would do if I were to walk up and start shouting orders. My skull would probably be some grunts belt buckle O.O

    ODSTs by far because they still won ground engagments against elites....so yeah just because have better technology does not mean crap ODST are probably better, maybe, probably i think

    Spec-ops grunts are better than ODSTs.

    Mind you spec-ops grunts are actually insanely good...

    Yeah, I'd take spec ops grunts.

    Because they're awesome. 

    But in response to the OP, definitely the elites. They didn't want the genocide, the prophets did. They respected humans as warriors, and thought that we should have been allowed to join the Covenant like everyone else.

    Yeah, sorry I was generalising. Many elites did not think that the humans deserved genocide. Better?
