... like I said before, I am pointing it out so people can see if they didn't get to see... I didn't see it but that is because yesterday my Net was quick right now its laggy so I saw it... I wasn't sure if everybody saw it so I posted it.  

The language is latin and it means lit. "the finish approves the ends", or "the end justifies the means"

The Spirit of Fire emblem can be found here, officially, in it's original 800x600 size.

 

The actual meaning of exitus acta probat is "The result justifies the deed," the word "result" being more fitting.

 

For those not in the know, this vessel has a new classification previously unheard of. It's not a frigate, a Marathon-class cruiser, or a Halcyon-class cruiser. Since destroyers have not been classified so far, could the Phoenix class be one of the categories?

 

Since a few members of Bungie started the Phoenix project (Jason maybe?) after Halo 1 but before Halo 2, and it hasn't seen the light of day, could this be the story tellers officially/unofficially saying "We scrapped the Phoenix/RTS idea because we couldn't get it to work with a new IP, so here - you guys can make it work with our existing IP?"

i think the Spirit of Fire is a cruiser/carrier judging by what i read on wiki about hull symbols

I cant really give any info on any literal meanings to "Pheonix" or "spirit of fire" But I think the symbolism behind the names are just as inmportant.

If you know your mythology (Or just watched a harry potter movie, which was gay,) you would know that the pheonix is a bird with flaming wings that has the power of the sun and regenerative powers It was "The Spirit of Fire". Also, When the Pheonix dies, its young rise from the ashes...... (asexual reproduction, how fun).

This may hint at what role will be played in the game. Along with the translation on the insignia loosly translated as "the ends justifies the means" it could also be para-phrased as "death to preserve life" which embodies everything I just said about the Pheonix.

Perhaps its the name of that new Pokèmon everyone are asking about, or not

I guess it's the name of some new Ship/Spacestation/Pie/Apple-Mac/Hair Conditioner w/e.
