A camera??? thats funny. I would use my teched out VCR, upload it to my computer, then take out any screen shot I need and Joox it to my Xbox.

and a capture card is a peripheral you plug on your computer, you hook it to your xbox, and it records what the xbox displays.

(might not be the exact way it works, because I have no f**** idea, but it should be something similar to this).
