ok..so i was playing 1v1 and at 2 minutes i got attacked by a chieftan and 2 brute squads and after that the brutes came in as fast as they spawn so i was forge and at this point in the game i had 4sps and a turret i tried to make reactors so i could get a AP but the chieftan just used his leader power on them. so what should i have done?

assume every brute player is going to rush and just make rush defences. which would be?

droped a d-bomb?

scouted?...how do you scout against a leader rush?

any strats i should have used from the beginning or what i should have done when i got attacked would b gr8

If you assume each BC player will rush....Make warthogs to defend your base untill you can make tanks. If Warthogs don't work, try to get a barracks up and pump out flamers.

i read the article and if i make a reactor first and then 5 gunner hogs and he doesnt rush..but when i get to his base he kills my hogs with a couple turrets woulnt i be behind mid-late game. also is there no way to go about things as i would without a rush but then if his chieftan arrives at my base when i have 4 sps i can stop him?

If he doesnt rush, then use the hogs to expand, or gain map control. Also, you cant beat the rush if you go HSP x4 first.
