Well there are bigger differences between forge and cutter then just the elephant

One starts with a upgraded base the other starts with HSP. You can not possibly use the same BOs, that would mean they can not be played the same way. Forge will make more money and cutter just spends less. To say they can be played the same is totally inaccurate

Well when you think about if you do not make an elephant. That is 400 that you already saved as soon as the game begins. You go SP SP SP R R AP. Faster then forge because you do not spend money to upgrade the base nor do you have to wait the 20 secs or w/e it is to upgrade the base. That being said forge will have a more stable eco and eventually can have more hornets then cutter because he will have to upgrade his pads eventually. To me cutter is like the reverse forge.
