After a long time i played one of the best games i've ever played. they fought us back to the begining bases but we built a quick army and fought them back and spent most of game in middle going back and fourth but since i had odst i snuck around and did damage and we finally won. afterword i invited them to a party we said good game talked about the game now they are on my friends list and gamesbattle team. Why can't everyone suck it up when they lose and just say goodgame or don't talk and leave, no you aren't even good or ur lucky my teammates suck.

Little kids cannot take losses very well, in general. But you still have those "young adults" that seem to think that since they are older than some, they are better.  These select players feel as though they shouldn't lose and take the game into hyper-competitive terms. Competition on Xbox Live is generally ill-natured period.  Little kids are even more annoying though...

I was checking out the forums for whatever the reason might have been, when I saw this thread. I have to agree with some of the comments. The BEST GAME you play is definitely not the game you win by rushing (I've won a few)... nor any other game you win in a relatively easy way... nop. The best games are those you enjoy... no matter whether you lost or won, and if we want to go further... the BEST GAMES are those in which you actually learn something, which most of the times are the games you lose...

 Here's the description of a game that I played yesterday in which I had A LOT OF FUN!!! (I have to apologize to my opponents if they read this, since it was probably not the most "gentleman-like" way of playing), nevertheless, here's the story...

  Here I am in a 3 vs 3 match. I didn't know any of my companions or opponents. So we're getting ready for the fight!!!, and in the first minute... one of my teammates resigns!!! What the DEVIL!?!?! Ok... 2 vs 3 (I've done this before, but with a friend of mine who is pretty much as skilled as I am... not that we are very good, but we put up good fights ;D)... so, it seems it'll be 2 vs 3, alright, let's GET IT ON!!!

So we're building, my teammate attacks early on with his Prophet of Regret, gets it killed, I attack as well, everything is going the way I knew it was supposed to be going (down the hole)... But then... all of a sudden, my teammate gets attacked!!! They were too many, he asks me to defend him and I go to the "rescue" only to find my self unable to really hold the attack, we kick some troops, destroy some tanks, crash down a couple of hornets, but it is of no use... they are too many and my forces were diminishing in number rather quickly!!!... ***!!!....and then... he quits!!!

So there I am, all alone and hopeless against 3 resourceful combatiants who are getting ready to crush me. I was about to quit but then I thought to myself... hey!, this is really fun!,  I'm about to get my ass kicked but I sure will not let that happen easily, "is THIS WHAT YOU WANT?, YOU WANT ME?, SO... COME AND GET IT!!! (lol... as you can see, I knew I had lost already, but I wasn't going to give the game away just like that!)

So I start developing cobras, and wolverines as fast as I can, and start placing them around my bases, as well as upgrading almost everything I could... and I wait..., nothing happened, and I waited some more, nothing happens... so then I knew... this guys are massing up their armies to crush me like a cockroach... I will hold my position... at least a little bit... hehehe

Then, I decide to light things up and send my hornets to one of their too many bases and here they come... three armies, (I guess they were fully upgrades), and start attacking me... I am laughing so hard (LMAO) because I know I will get pawned but nevertheless I'm fighting against all odds... I felt like that "colonel" in the matrix revolutions, when the unfinishing armies of squids penetrate sion and he's shooting and screaming "AAAAWWWWWWWWWWWW" ... hehehe... and then.... the unexpected... all their units... GONE!!! I think a hawk survived but was badly hit and I still had half of my forces... I just couldn't stop laughing... I don't know if it was my nervousness or if it was my little "victory" over my opponents...

And then (and this is why I apologize ... happy, polly, logies... to my opponents)... I quit... I wasn't going to let them kill me... after all, I had withstood their attack and wiped out their forces... so I decided to leave... and to my surprise and I ended up in 1st place!!! (lmao) ... so I'm sorry opponent guys... I just couldn't stand all the way to the end...

But well, the story in itself reinforces my point... I lost... but I had SO MUCH FUN!!! So, let this be a message to all those kids out there who play and get demotivated... remember, the BEST GAMES you will ever play, aren't the ones you win... are the one you either learn a strategy or two, or the ones such as the game I described here...

I'm 15, but life's short.  Why be so competative and get pissed off when you lose when you can have fun with it.  Don't get me wrong I do like to play a legit match once in a while, and am 275thousand from my brig (far off i know), but I also like to mess around with new strategies.  Such as upgrade and get 40 brutes while your two teamates elephant rush in 3v3 to by you time.  Or triple Forge hornet rush at 7 minutes.

That looked like it was a fun game. Games that dont have rushers and are played right usually result in something like that. I wish there was a mode for rushing only, like a quick maatch. Nevermind, I guess thats why they created deathmatch. But that game was out of luck, if you had one rusher in that game, then it would have ended differently.
