    That was a ludicrously stupid thing to say.  Halo Wars is on the 360 for a reason, it isn't a complicated RTS and it doesn't try to be, so why compare?  What is the point of posting here every day when you appear to be so vehemently anti-Halo Wars?  Is it all a rouse?  Halo Wars is one of the most important games of this generation.  Why?  Because when more developers attempt to make RTSs on consoles, they will look to the first game to ever have nearly flawless controls and awesome game play on a controller.  I've been watching this forum since early last year and can't seem to figure out your particular beef.

    I don't think you can handle the truth.  So, I'll simplify it for you, since you like simple things.

    RTSs aren't meant to be "simply", atleast not to this extend.  Calling Halo Wars important?  Might as well call the conduct important because it's an FPS on the wii...

    RTSs don't work on counsols(not well I should say) and halo wars proves that.

    8v8 would be so laggy.

    Unless they make tanks plain squares and odsts stick people.

    maybe you're right, or maybe it will not be laggy but people will start resigning. so a possible fix for this is make it an "exclusive" playlist.

    you select xbox live un the halo wars 2 menu and select the 8v8 (the playlist will have a basic network requierements in order to be played.)

    so if you fail at having the stardards sorry mate, get better INTERNETZ.

    IMO it's the only way it will work.

    It is highly possible that there will be another HW game

    It is also highly possible they will change the base building system a bit. This game would have to stand out from HW 1 tremendously.

    I dont think it will be full building freedom though. It would be limited to an area. That way people can spend enough time on building and fighting

    A new faction will most likely be in it and new units for exsisting factions. They definetely need more maps at launch this time around (whenever that is).

    Halo wars 1 did achieve some breakthroughs in console RTS and it is time to take it further!!

    Yeah.

    Besides changing the way that bases are formed... what could be changed/added to Halo Wars? 

     I'm going to guess that Robot will want to keep the fast-paced action of the game so...

    All of these ideas are good. Free base design would be amazing, but shield generation might be a problem. Maybe just a big bubble over everything?
