    Re: The final war

    Mr Sticky:

Offensive Bias:I have a few problems with this... How is Reach inhabitable? Why would they plan to re-colonise one of the furthest colonies in the Outer Rim? Doesn't make sense to me. Oh and, a Ship Making Factory? Not a way a soldier would talk. It would be a Shipyard.

    1. Why not? It was almost completely glassed over, but that doesn't mean its not inhabitable.

    2. They haven't recollonized it yet. It is just a research facility. They will eventually, but I don't see any reason why they wouldn't. Its a planet that people can live on. Why pass it up?

    3. Don't judge me. I'll change it just to make you happy.

    1. Yes, it kinda does, lol. With the surface completely burnt and no plant life, there would be no oxygen, combine that with the fact that the atmosphere boils away during glassing, and it's a dead planet.

    2. A reserach facility on a glassed planet and the furthest planet in the Outer Rim? Take into account that Harvest is months away from Reac or Earth, it wouldn't be a very reliable place to research. They would just use Earth for a research facility. As for Reach, that can be easily replaced by Mars.

    3. Thank you.

Sorry if it seems I'm bearing down on you, but the story doesn't feel right to me.

I didn't really do much research on this ahead of time, which is a big mistake on my part. The plot of the story isn't really going to be based around that though, so I don't think it is going to be a big deal.

On a side note, I'll try to put up another chapter today, and if not I'll definately have one tomarrow.

I'll ignore the canon breaches for now. Just keep writing. Good story, just not very accurate.

first I would like to say I am really likeing the library, the storys are so...awsome!

and your story is no exception, this story is great and I love how it takes place AFTER the war, but what I dont get is hwo the humans rebuilt so quickly, 3 years to get everything back together? really, also how can they reclaim planets that are glassed, there is no atsomsphere, sure they can plant trees but they still could substain no life for quite a while.

but this has perked my interest and cant wait for chapter 7, nice job =)

If you would like a detailed process read Halo:Tier 0, I'm not sure if Mr Sticky had the same thing in mind but still.

First off I'm going to say that I didn't really work as hard as I should have to plan this out.

Second, the humans haven't rebuild all the way yet. They are still in the process of reastablishing themselves. Only some of the key planets have been colonized. I sort of had to use Harvest even though it is far away in order to make the story make more sense.

Finally, ya, I know. That is the largest error in this thing. My only way to explain it is that when in Halo:First Strike, when they where on the non-burned out section, there were marines there without breathing equitment. We can also assume that on Harvest the covenant didn't glass the forerunner artifacts.

    Re: The final war

The next chapter might take a little bit longer for me to write.

Its going to be important, so I want to make sure its good and everything checks out. There are some crutial things I still need to prepare before I finally get into the heavy action. I'm deciding on going between two or three different possible paths, and its taking me a while to find the right one to take.

It might be a day or two before I can get another chapter out. Bare with me.
