Nah, I just hate people.  Or, I should say stupid people.

I think I... actually like you for this statement. But if you really are only sixteen, you have some but not a lot of experience with stupid people. Wait 'till you go to college.

Felix:I'm asking myself whether I care what an idiot over the internet thinks of me.  The answer is, I don't.

either way, game or not, UNSC still wins.  If you didn't notice, the UNSC used supior tactics to win egagements against a technilogical enemy.  Using numbers and tactics, UNSC would crush the US and any other country that you can think of.  If we are just going by the games, then yes, they have less weapons, but are still very military strong.  ODSTs will kill on sight, Marines can have tactical beamed to them through their helmets, AIs can hack systems, etc etc.

    Either way, future wins.

Oh this is fun. Numbers and Tactics everybody! The UNSC uses NUMBERS and TACTICS! That sounds so smart, I bet our military hasn't thought of using NUMBERS and TACTICS! That's great.

supior numbers and tactics.  You'ld be suprised how much tactics change in 500 years.

ODST's kill on sight yet from what I've read, doubt they could pass the navy seal training. Our marines have the same thing except it's hand held. Though we have that sort of technology (like I said, they get inspiration from ours), I'm sure it's too exspenive and some weapon's specialist might think it would be too distracting.

I doubt you "read" anything.  ODSTs are all voulanters.  They shoot from space(If you don't know what that is, it's the big black stuff above the sky) In "hot drops" where some may burn alive on entry.  I think ODSTs have better training.  Like I said, it's attached to their helmets, giving them up to date info on the spot.

"either way, game or not, UNSC still wins." HAHA, really? Well, I would personally love to fight me some marines from the halo games. Shooting wraiths with sniper rifles and blowing themselves up with grenades? I wouldn't have to do a dqmn thing.

Or maybe having you as a last resort caused them to kill themselves?  Cause my marines(sometimes annoying) manage to save my life a few times.

Branko:He sort of flames because he is very... uh... passionate about what he thinks is right. And we can take him seriously because he is rarely wrong.

I like how you speak for more than just yourself. I mean, do other members feel this way? What are you basing his validity off of? Opinions? Because that's what this is, not fact, I'm just trying to have some fun with it.

Branko:And something tells me you would like Twilight. And if you do, i have nothing else to say to you... i just am not going to say anything about that.

You sir are and idiot, have fun sucking felix's ***.

    wow, good response there...

    I gotta ask felix

do you even like Halo Wars?

A time ago, yes, I loved it.  Amoung the first non-media people to actually play the game, I was very excited for Halo Wars, and eargerly awaited it.

I defended ES at every turn that I could, and they repay me with...this...

So, I became evil, in a way.

i remember, you won the kiwibox contest

    but what is "this"

    the dlc?

    Halo Wars in general

Re: Halo Universe vs. the U.S.

Back to the discussion of Now vs future before I resign myself to 2 more weeks of studying--

Apart from those little slipspace drones, does the UNSC even use unmanned survellienace drones of any kind?  Or even offensive ones, like the US uses in Afghanistan and other areas in the Middle East?

Pelicans vs helicopters-I personally like pelicans, but why do they have to suck so much?  They can carry more passengers than say, a blackhawk, but less than a chinook, not as mobile, and that makes them much more vulnerable to attack.  I mean, would a level of any Halo game be complete without finding or seeing a Pelican shot down?  How often do blackhawks get shot down?  Almost never?

I agree with Floo that the Marines in the future seem to have the technology capable of surpassing our current stuff, but they are too poorly trained to do anything with it.  I also agree with Floo that branko is a brown nosing idiot.

OmniscientFoe:Well I guess that's why people dont like you that much.  Instead of just trying to destroy people's ideas why not constructively criticize them instead?  Offer some ideas to make it better rather than just rant about it because it makes you feel big.  But I stopped caring about this post too...I have to study for finals. :(

Don't tell him to do that, I like it. Gotta love a c u n t dude. I'm serious here, these people are the only ones who can make me laugh anymore. He doesn't care if he's wrong or right (frankly I think he's sticking his thumb in his a s s and sniffing then licking) but whatever, I'm a d i c k too.

That's A.I of our times that is not halo verse that's the limits of our technology today its not fair to compare retarded A.I. to trained soldiers thats like taking a special Ed kid and putting him in the ring with a pro wrestler and you have not played on legendary have you at that point A.I.'s Rock and by the games marines can take 10 - 20 bullets from medium arms fire U.S. marines are down in 1-5 from small - medium arms fire. their weapons are safer to the shooter, and they out number them 20 - 1 (speculating), A.I.'s of thier time would be able to come out with the best stratagie in miliseconds maybe even nanoseconds. and i feel ODST can make it through seal training as they are meant for stealth and suicide missions and i would like to see a marine today go through drop pod training and watch them die in their first drop.

The UNSC is better at it than our militaries. How long does it take us to make tanks? How long does it take UNSC to make tanks? Cost differences? UNSC has advantage there. Plus their marins have Titanium armor, and our soldiers do not seem to have much armor from the looks of it. And we have not even brought up the Biofoam the UNSC uses to seal wounds... So many tactics they use to outsmart their opponents.

ODST's kill on sight yet from what I've read, doubt they could pass the navy seal training. Our marines have the same thing except it's hand held. There is differnece between Navy and Marines. Navy is more operative type people. Marines are more take over this position and hold it type. Handheld is more distracting, you have to use a... what is it called? oh yea, a hand. And one less hand means less combat effectivness. And a helmet with that would be way better and easier to use.

"either way, game or not, UNSC still wins." HAHA, really? Well, I would personally love to fight me some marines from the halo games. Shooting wraiths with sniper rifles and blowing themselves up with grenades? I wouldn't have to do a dqmn thing.

I'm sure you know how the tactics will change... You don't even seem to try dude, you can do way better than that I'm sure. There is no justification here, nothing to back you up, all you're doing is putting up card board while I killitwithfire.

You sir are and idiot. If you have ever (and I mean ever) relied on marines in halo, you need to take it off easy and try normal for once. Just try it, you might like it.

They have better stuff and better training. You try being dropped from orbit in a small pod. Lets see how many time you *** yourself.  And look at Halo: The Flood, the UNSC had limited amount of people and everything. But they used their supperior tactics to actually get off the ring against all odds. They secured a Covenant ship that had loads of flood and covenant in it, and who proved supperior? The ODSTs. Lets see our militaries do that.

You can think of me however you want, does not change the fact that you are no better. And anything you say against me would apply even more to you.

What was the point in explaining the difference between the Navy and the Marines? I could go on to tell you how oh so wrong you are, but I'll kindly direct you to copy and paste this- google.com

As far as the hand held thing, I never said it was better, I was simply stating we have that technology and aren't too far from possibly implementing it.

If you're referring to the statement "You sir are and idiot", read it a few more times and go look up the word irony. It's meant to be.. a... joke? No? You better go look up the word joke too.

And you did not say if you like Twilight or not.

I did not wish to gratify this with an answer, but in all honesty I would have thought someone who enjoys the coloring books about halo and all of its idiocy would love Twilight.
