NT you know halo 3 is farther along that halo wars...

what i mean is that, the halo 3 updates, even during the point of very little campaign content, they're like, "the campaign levels are being polished up, with things to hel pshow the abandoned state of earth and there are some other things....that im not allowed to tell you guys, but you're gonna love it when u finally get to see it"

see? short little thing that pretty much reveals nothing new about the halo 3, and makes me want to have it RIGHT NOW!!!!!

this update we have really adds nothing onto how much i want halowars, which really, isn't much right now, but occasional spikes in interest would make things interesting

The Halo 3 updates are very good, even if we don't learn anything new.

And they are once a week.

 

These updates have a whole month to be made.

 

Anyway thnx for the update anyway, and I hope we have a better update next time lol

 

The updates are good - they could be non-existant, and then people would complain even more. Things don't work both ways - people can't ask for updates madly, then complain the updates aren't good enough when they arrive.

Think of it this way guys... the longer we wait, the better it will be when we do get something new. Being long time members, we will have the most appreciation for the updates. The long waits actually make them worthwhile.

Obviosly they want to hold up for something more informative next month, so just have some patience!

C'mon guys, don't be haters. This was a nice enough update. I find it cool to know a little bit more on the personality of the Lead Designer of the game that all of us will be buying in a few months.

If you guys want to be jerks about it, they can always stop making the game. What an update that would be!

 

And Thunder, you make sure to tell us how that tournament goes.

I don't think everyone is being "haters".  We merely expect something else from an "Update" on a game.  When putting together said "update" one should be giving new, unknown, information about the game.  I'm not saying that information on staff is bad, just that it is borderline off topic of an update.  Just saying, update us on the game instead of doing an interview on staff that contains little to no information on Halo Wars.

Just to reiterate, information is good, interviews are good... but they shouldn't replace "updates".  If they want to rename it "Random pertinent and non-pertinent information on Halo Wars and it's related topics and/or staff" then by all means.

Hello and well I am new to this forum and well im torn between which may be better in the up and coming series of Halo games Halo 3 which after seeing vidio for that and making of the video or this new game I heared about Halo wars. As I've read the up dates to this game I find myself on the edge of my seat. So I havent found it yet but does anyone know the release date for Halo wars?

No we dont know yet when halo wars comes out. By an estimate I think its sometime next year.
