            ok wwho here agrees that the most important part of  the halo games is that tight halo beat. i wouldn't enjoy playing halo as much as i do without that tight halo music. i hear it as i finished reading onyx and i heard it after i saw the halo trailers. i dont think halo would be any where near as good as it is with out that beat. when  your escaping an exploding ship down a narrow passge in a jeep the ur best wepon at hand is the beat of andrenilen rush!!!!!!! the theme song is the basis of the game. without it halo would never be the same. (hey i just rimed)

I actually think that the gameplay is the most important part, but the music does play a huge role in Halo's success.  I frequently find myself drumming on a table, because the song's stuck in my head constantly.  Buying the music cd's probably didn't help get rid of my problem. lol

I keep it on my mp3 player to play during appropriate moments. . .a.k.a anytime.

One time I got the neighbors really angry, because I put the cd in my stereo and put it up all the way.  They came to my house and told me, "SHUT THAT DAMN RACKET OFF!"  Never liked my neighbors.  they don't appreciate good music.

Game Content > Graphics >= Music > Other

Personally, music and graphics are both nice, but a good game is dependent upon content (things such as weapons balance, plot, user friendliness, etc). That's why I'm not too big a fan of Sony; they seem to believe that graphics are more important than game content, which irks me.
