On the PM System.  Private messages are cool because you guys can talk directly too us.  However most of the time we dont have time to answer individual questions.  Not that we dont want to, we just cant give everyone individual attention.  As the game gets closer to launch there will be even more people on these forums.  With all of that PM traffic it will be hard to do a good job in the rest of the forums.  Ask yourself this too.  Do you know of a major game site that uses PM's?  There is a reason. Also it has been abused in the past by people trying to send out fake beta information. 

So 3 or 4 people ruin it for the rest of us? Four does not equal thousands.

I don't, and hopefully never will. If they remove PMs I will use it as a last resort.

I personally dont give out my MSN screen name, Xfire screen name, or anything of that sort out to people unless I know them well... and I got to know everyone from here that I have on there via PM's :P
