OMFG this is so friggin sweet!

I have played LOTR BFME II which is an awesome RTA game. Its about creating an arsanel and engaging war with enemies. I suck at explaing but if you like halo and halo 2 you would like this game. Since I expect Halow Wars to be very similar. These types of games offer many features and options which makes the game awesome. Only known issues with past games like this is Not making armies and *** but when you select all of them and make them all move at once it can get a little laggy but it resolves quick and easy. But other then that. I expect the game to be a 5 sar rated awesome sold out game. Some people are mad because its not even 1st person shooting or whatever. Correct but if they made that then they would just be making some to go with halo 3 and after so many games of the same thing it gets old. Now with xbx360 it makes then next one #3 far from original. But most people that play games like halo i have seen on RTA's so. I give a "Hell Yea" and thx bungie and ensemble studeios for combining my two favortie genres of games. Its my dream come true.

Change your title, and more people may read what you have to say (just some neighborly advise)

    Wort, wort, wort.

Not necessarily true (in response to "but if you like halo and halo 2 you would like this game") ...Just because one likes Halo 1/2 doesn't mean they're going to enjoy this game.  It's a completely different style, rts not fps.  It would be like saying if you liked StarCraft you'll love StarCraft Ghost.

Anyways, considering it's Ensemble Studios creating it (who, as I see it..did a fantastic job on the Aoe/AoM. series), this game will be awesome.  I've been waiting for anyone to come up with a game like this since I read Fall of Reach...and I can say I can't think of another company who could pull it off besides Ensemble.  (Well, Blizzard maybe...but since they've crawled up their a**es with WoW...I don't think they'd have a chance)

I'll say this....Thank you Ensemble!!!  You've brought closure to my wait of a Halo RTS!

I went to Teamxbox.com and I saw something about Halo Wars and I was like "are you frickin kidding me?", and then when I saw it, I was like "are you frickin kidding me?", an after the trailer, I was like "this looks like a decent game." Maybe not your ordinary Halo but it looks like a cool twist to Halo. I mean Halo was a third-person shooter back when they were making the first Halo before they decided to go first-person (which they did of course for both Halo games, and Halo 3 soon to come). But this game is on my radar as of now.

I'm pretty sure a lot of Halo fans were/are a bit skeptical when they see the trailer for this game.  I'm hyped up about this because of the book series...reading through it really made me want to play an RTS form of Halo.  If you haven't read the books, I'd suggest them since A) they give insight to the reason behind Halo's start, B) They show the start of John (main characterof the fps's if you don't know)  and C) It explainsthe reason why you're the only Spartan left.  Invaluable information to me...
