Sorry to burst alot of bubbles but the FAQ says it all:

Q: Will I be able to play as the Covenant? A: Stay tuned.

That pretty much kills any notion of playing on Reach, or Installation 04. Also without being able to play as the covenant (yet), we're likely restricted to the few battles the humans actually do win, otherwise risking a compromise of the storylines.

 And I'm sorry "christian" but:

Q: Will I be able to play Halo Wars on Xbox 360 and PC? A: Halo Wars is for the Xbox 360 exclusively.

Definately the First Strike, Eridanus Secundus, The Rebelions(Human History), Lambda Serpentis, Sigma Octanus's Cote D'Azur

If there are space battles, then Sigma Ocatanus is a must. Then Reach, Some of the Alpha Halo battles (taking the butte with the ODST's and defending it is a must) and one or two of the Delta Halo battles (assualt on the Library, etc.), some of the inner colony battles and outer colony battles too. I think there shoudl be a space combat tutorial, which is the battle group versus cov frigate at Harvest. The ground combat tutorial should be one of the outer colonies, but NOT sigma octanus, as that is one that must be saved until later on.

We might be able to do some battles that happened before the covenant invasion, possibly against the 'space pirates' I think they were called, that had base in an asteroid (or the likes) in one of the Halo books. This might even serve as a good tutorial mission.
