Halo Wars Update 11.15.06
Hey guys – I’m just jumping in here and give you all a quick update on Halo Wars and what we have in store for you. First of all, who the heck am I? I’m the Community Manager here at Ensemble Studios and I work on a variety of ES websites, including this one. Mainly I act as a hub for information from the developers to fans and vice versa.
To kick this off, we have got to extend congratulations to the team at Bungie on the fifth anniversary of Halo! They have been a generous and supportive group in our work on Halo Wars, so it’s great to see such amazing success go to those guys.
As for us, I’m sure you all want to see and hear more about Halo Wars. First of all, thank you for the suggestions, ideas, and enthusiastic posts that you have been making in our forums. It’s been very exciting for all of all of us at work on the game to see the great reaction that Halo Wars has received from gamers thus far, and especially Halo fans. We’re still in early development on Halo Wars, so we can’t say much about the game until some time in the New Year, but we can’t wait for you to see it in all of its glory. What we want to do is start sharing more of our early work with you all in monthly updates. These updates will likely start off small like this one and get more elaborate as we get further into development, when we can share more information and art from the game. For now, check out our concept art gallery (http://www.halowars.com/Galleries/Screenshots.aspx) for a new kick ass piece of concept art from our art team, and we’ll have a new update on the game for you in December.
Concept Art Description:
