The book is sick. Defiantly worth the money I spent on it and I'm only on chapter 2 or 3. Questions that were burning in my mind have been partially answered and more have been asked. I don't want to give anything away.
On a side not it's huge. Maybe not huge, but compared to the others it is a good 2-2 1/2 inches bigger. Its font is also bigger and they changed the format a little bit when it changes chapters. (Also I don't have any first editions of the other books as far as I know I guess it's possible that they started off like this too).
