Which Photoshop would you recommend starting out with?

Start off with which ever you want to. The newer version would be better because you can do a lot more with them. Tutorials will work with all versions, mostly. There are times where you can't perform a task because the features are not the same.

Also, I finished some signature requests.

Arty, I really don't see how this looks anything like pargons sig at all. So I went ahead and made it for you. I came up with a new effect for the spartan and I think it turned out well. I hope you like it.

Also Spartan G-313 I don't have an Ashley font so I went ahead and just picked one that looked nice. Hope you like it.
