Well some of them are usually out of work an don't mind doing these things for a few extra dollars.

Seth Green, Lance Hendikrsen, Patrick Stuart and many other have done voices in games, so it is possible.

If Bruce Willis can do the voice of a small furry animal, in over the hedge, he can voiceover a game.
