I think we can speak freely now...

    I think we can speak freely now...

         
         halo has been out for almost 50 days now. i think we can stop putting       

                        *******SPOILER WARNING********

    in the title of any post having to do with the halo storyline. ofcourse, we should put the system to use. for the next month, please put a spoiler warning in the topic of any post having to do with contact harvest. ofcourse, that will only be neccesary until december. if people still haven't read it by then... it's their loss. as of this post i am on page 238 of 396. i should be done by monday. i hate these giant books that always come out first. i'd much rather have the more compact version with smaller print and a breakable bind. i want books that i've read to look read. unfortunatly when the bind doesn't break, it looks brand new.

    i agree. why do publishers always have to make the book so big. First it is harder to carry around and second when you are reading the book it seems like it will never end. now to the book. is the book like just about the  first three halo games or does it take place before halo 1.

    yeah, it's about the human's first encounters with the covenant.

      i'm on pag... 260. it's really great. one of the characters is a grunt named dadab and his huragok friend. i find myself faling in love with his character. i felt my stomach drop when the human almost killed him with the fire extinguisher. please, don't tell me what ends up happening to him. i have a feeling he's gonna die.

    I found contact harvest rather... dissapointing there really wasnt much action, and way too much covenant. I would have rather read stuff about Sgt. Johnson eating covie alive.

    i actually have put contact harvest at the front of my favorite book list... the parts about the covenant revealed so much... revealed the motives of the prophets... revealed everything....

     

    we now know why the war started...   

    I used to have an awesome signature that linked to my comic here...

    too bad... goodbye any feeling of personalization on the HWF... 3 years of sig making for this website down the drain

    Ya, but i would have wanted a little more balance of excitement in the book. Maybe i was just expecting the wrong thing... im gonna go read it again.

    About contact harvest.

    It still hasn't come out in the UK yet, halo books take months to come out here..so if people do start posting spoilers that early then i'll be retreating back to HHF for a few months before it comes out.

    the only parts i'm not liking in contact harvest are the one's about the prophets. they reveal alot but they're BORING! anyways, i need to go finish. i'm on... page 305?

    Can you guys please tell me why the Covenant want to fight the Humans.

    I have not read Halo Contact Harvest since I'm reading other books like Macbeth. Please respond ASAP.
