So in the Kiwibox interview graeme said a few things i would like to ask questions about:

He said a fully "upgraded" covenant leader could destroy an entire army if used correctly:

1) You can upgrade leaders? If so, what kind of upgrading is this? Or is it just leveling up?

2)  Are the UNSC leaders the same as this?

3) Is that not a little unfair? Or has it been balanced correctly?
