    If anyone wants to play ever add DrunkenUGLY. I usually don't play 1's(Not sure why, always thought they were boring), though. I usually play 2v2 with my brother and when he isn't around I go into 3v3 alone. I play as Forge most of the time but I use every human leader. I don't play with the aliens very often. I just don't like playing with them. It isn't that they are weaker as the game goes on, I just dislike controlling one unit and letting the other guys do what ever they want to do.  I am decent at this game, I guess. Haha.

    Anyways...I came in here to put my forge build but it was already mentioned..

     supply>supply>reactor>reactor>vehicle depot or airpad...whatever floats your boat. This is the quickest way to play as him that I've found. If it isn't, let me know...haha

    People have already said that.

    If I could, I'd like to offer a suggestion to improve the Spartanks with Cutter BO (#6). This is very detailed, and I feel more effective than the other you have listed.

    Lazy version (No bonus reactor): Elephant & SP, SP, SP, SP, SP, R(Upgrade all but one SP), R (Make sure this is cued before first reactor is done). Smash the unupgraded SP for a VD. Use first 500 for a tank, then next 300 for a spartan. Repeat. Make sure to get some early infatry with the elephant to capture hooks/kill bases and gain veterancy (no more than 8 squads).

    Lazy version (w/ Bonus Reactor): Elephant & SP, SP, SP, SP, SP, R (Upgrade ALL SP), VD.

     

    Long version:

    • Cue Elephant at the start.
    • Cue 4 SP at the start as well.

    Once the Elephant pops, what you do from there depends on the map. As primarily a 3v3 player, I'll tell you what I do on the three original maps.

    On Exile: If you spawn on the back ring, take your Elephant to the closest bonus reactor and lock it down. Once the enemy AI are dead, produce a marine and put it in the reactor. By this time, your warthog should be done collecting nearby resources and can come collect the ones from the bonus reactor. Repeat this process with the other bonus reactor.

    If you spawn on the middle ring, when the elephant pops lock it down between your main base and the free expansion spot. Set a rally point towards your side's reactor, but out of danger from any AI units. Cue 5 flamethrower squads (could probably get away w/ 4). Once all 5 are grouped together, move in for the reactor. Make sure to target the snipers first. Rinse and repeat.

    If you spawn on the inner ring, once again place your elephant in a somewhat hidden location between your main base and the free expansion spot. Cue the flame squads and take them towards the enemy's reactors and try and steal them. Works pretty often in random teams.

    On Frozen Valley: Lock down the Elephant just out of range of the closest rebel base. Cue up 7 marine squads. Once the squads are trained, take them to the rebel base and target the main structure with grenades (7 squads 1-hit a rebel base with grenades). Do this as many times as possible, and with any luck you'll have a few squads with 2 stars.

    If you start in the location with a reactor, train 8 marine squads and put one in the reactor before moving out your other 7. The rebel turret will target your squad in the reactor, leaving your other 7 to reach the base untouched.

    On Fort Deen: Lock down your Elephant just out of range of the AI marines guarding the teleporter behind the middle base and cue 5 flame squads. When they are all done building, kill the AI marines and collect the resources. Next, send them through the teleporter to kill the AI marines guarding the two middle shield barriers and collect the resources.

    The rest of the BO goes as follows:

     

    • During the infantry training, cue a 5th supply pad when the flow of resources allows (usually around the 4th or 5th squad being trained).
    • Follow the 5th supply pad with 2 reactors. Begin upgrading your supply pads after the first reactor is done.
    • If you get a bonus reactor, upgrade all your supply pads and don't build a second reactor at your base.
    •  If you don't, then leave one unupgraded and recycle it after the second reactor is done for a VD.
    • Use first 500 resources after the VD is done for a tank.
    • While it is in production, use next 300 for a spartan.
    • Repeat until you have three Spartanks and go harass/set up an expansion.

    This should give you 3 Spartanks right around or before the 6 minute mark if done right, and also gives you the early infantry to accompany them, plus the Elephant to capture hooks. Also, you don't have to waste a base slot on a barracks.

     Try it out and let me know what you think.

    well i agree this is a good strategy, however, here are a couple concerns that i have with it

     

    1. the strategy is too single map based

    2. most people would perfer the barracks to the elephant, as its no good to have a spartank with a non upgraded spartan >.>

     3. i have tryed this and im sorry but i must either be doing it wrong or your information is innacurate. 

     

    im not saying this is not a good strategy though, i do like the amount of description you have submitted. i do not believe this a spartank build, but more a general strategy for cutter to use. im sorry if im not making much sense, i always have a problem with words.  

    but besides that, this build is pretty nice. i just think it isint as effective as straight spartanks. it has the advantage of early infantry and elephant though.

    I don't know if it actually stands for that.

    But Bump means "bumping" up your post to the top of the fourm.  Because every time someone posts your thread gets moved to the top for more ppl to see. IF nobody posts then it gets to the bottom and not many people read whats on the second page.

    might be too similar to the brute rush, but:

    Brute rush + jackal ant-infantry support

    BO - WH, T, WH, WH, H

    as soon as your temple is up que up brutes,ignore the H part for now. once the temple is complete you will have enough for the last WH. due to the supplies from your chieftan/chopper and WH you should be able to get the hall instantly while still having a constant supply of brutes. train jackals whenever you have enough money to train one and not distrupt your brute production. you should attack once you have 2-3 brutes.

    the jackals are for covenant or nyone making infantry. it also limits your oponents countert - jackals and brutes will kill the flamers much faster than just brutes and they'll be lucky to even reach your units, air is soft countered by your infantry (if they can get it), and your  chieftan/brutes kill tanks easily.

     This also works with wraiths, grunts and hunters, though you will not be able to get a constant supply of wraiths/(possibly hunters) as well as brutes.

    Brute rush + wraith support

    this is my current PoR strat.

    1v1

     t,wh,wh,wh,wh,citadel,shield/infantry/vehicle/aircraft,shield or unit maker.

    between 1st unit/shield and 2nd unit/shield upgrade prophet, and uprgade all wharehouses as they are made. use prophet & ghost to claim resources and empty bases as you go. at 3-4 min mark establish new base with prophet and use ghost/prophet to scout them throughout early game.

    upgrade as you need. and create counters. at the 6 min mark attack with prophet and see what they do, PoR should have at least tech 2 upgrades by now and you should have army of counters. when they release attack pull back PoR and modify stategy as necessary

    at 8-10mins upgrade PoR to flying and have him attack back of base/turrets/secondary base. By this time you have a full gage of their forces and can be ready to attack. let prophet recharge and send him to back of 1st base and attack send all units to 2nd base and have them destroy reactors/unit makers 1st. pull prophet out when he is weak and continue microing units.

     

    when playing against humans this strategy seems to work mainly because of the harassing power of the prophet, agaisnt covie its better to atack their leader/units since the bases will have shileds.

     

     srry it's alittle long and sorry if it is fine gentleman strat.

    Hey, I said in an earlier post that I accidently said Four warehouses, change that to three in your first post to make that accurate. I had switched my strategy post earlier but a little late, I guess. >_> Just giving you a headsup.
