    ok here it is, the master will now enlighten you.  FREEZE YOUR REACTORS AS THEY ARE BEING BUILT, THE % BUILT WILL STOP. AS SOON AS THEY START TO BUILD AGAIN RECYCLE THEM. YOUR WELCOME  AOW NOMERCY823 BEATCH

    notice how you get all your reactor supplies back yet ur tech level is higher. WOW extra pads to build on and all. SWEET. yeah you like that, even if u lose ur base ur tech will stay at the level of reactors u froze then recycled. bam bam bam

    Ummm this glitch has been exposed for awhile now. 

    Everyone knows about it. The fine gentlemen use it. Some of the pro's for fun.

    i try this it dont work, i freeze reacters an blow up but then i at 0 power agan, make me loose game
