What are your thoughts about it?

I used the arbiter a couple days ago and it was my first time getting three stars on him. He seemed pretty unstoppable... but i was against nubs.

I always had trouble vs arbiters. i know that canister shell devastates him but what else can you use against him?

Anything and a d-bomb(used properly)

 lol they d bombed me twice and had a army of grizzlies, and his allies army of ODST's. either they suck or arbiter is pretty *** strong.
