u can download adobe photoshop trial for free on adobe dot com. it is really easy and their are tutorials on gen discussion. just go out their and search the topic. plenty of things will come out. also alot of people will do it for u if u ask in the sig thread. i wud do it for u but im not that good, as u can tell by my sig.

really that is what i did. just cut and cropped a wallpaper and played with effects.i like the glowing edges. i have another one where i did two effects on different parts and it turned out really cool. so just goof around. i also have the whole adobe pro set but it is somewhat illegal and does not work.

How do ya make animated gif's?

go into ur profile. i think its on the first page there. under ur sig paste the IMG line from ur image in photobucket. as for animated GIF i have no clue. prob as that in the sig master thread.
