Wraiths miss, Ghosts don't.

Wraiths also take forever to kill flamers, and they get trapped easily.

It's hard to trap ghosts, they're easier to micro, faster, and cheaper.

Ghosts ram the flamers and do a good job shooting them if upgraded to equal the flamer level.
