Distant Storm:What planet? And also, what if the Covenant were by the UNSC ships? It takes 4 UNSC ships to kill 1 Covenant ship haha. The flood can just capture the ship and use it to their advantage, as seen in H3 when they used the ship to land on Earth.
This is a terrible excuse. In World War II, the German tanks (Panzer and Tiger) were MUCH better than our Sherman tanks. In fact, one Tiger tank could take on 3-4 Sherman tanks with ease. However, we massively outproduced the Germans. We made I think 25,000 tanks overall and used them in that war. The Germans about 3-5 thousand (correct my numbers if I'm wrong, but I know for a fact that we had a 5:1 ratio on them, if not more).
The fact is, the Covenant ships may or may not be more powerful than the UNSC's. The point is though, the UNSC can outproduce their ships; therefore winning the fight.
