Did you pick up any skulls? There is a skull on one of the maps(I think its the Grunt Bday skull im not sure) that you can only get on legendary and the effect is that whenever you shoot something in the head it blows up like it was stuck. Its my favorite skull lol.

The link in my first post also talks about the price drop. I am anticipating the 1st week of August in hopes that something significant will happen with the 360.

Halo (1) of the main reason I purchased the original Xbox. And I'll probably purchase a 360 when Halo 3 comes out.

oh ya I got that skull but it only happened when the enemies die. But thanks.

God damn it Taco...Look up 4 posts after you said there isn't a price drop. Or even look up 2.. And look at the first link of the first post. Microsoft confirmed that starting August 1st there's a 100$ price drop on all xbox 360's. This is the 3rd time I've said this. You guys really need to read what people write. And EYOB I'm in the same jam as you. I'm hoping some stores will do like 150$ price drops, then I'm running to pick them up.

Rumor: Xbox 360 to drop price by $100 across all SKUs on August 1st

According to internet reports, a major Canadian retailer has confirmed that the Xbox 360 is set to receice an official $100 price drop across all Skus as of August 1st. That will mean that the Xbox 360 core will retail for $199 (with a pack in memory unit) and be even cheaper than the Wii at $249 USD.

A look at what the market would like like with the proposed price cut

- Xbox 360 core, $199 USD (with included memory unit)
- Nintendo Wii, $249 USD
- Xbox 360 Premium, $299 USD
- Xbox 360 Elite, $399 USD
- PS3, $599 USD
 

Now look the PS3 got a 150 price drop and Microsoft is doing a 100$ price drop to counter act it. It's going to happen here in Canada in the US too. You probably won't take that as a good answer so I've got this;

Well in a time like this I must say....That it was the other guy who put that up. I'm still sticking to the other link I put up. It seems convincing. And we only got like 5 days to see if it's true or not. Hopefully it is. And the PS3 got an extra 50$ for promotion here in Canada. Which is also what I'm hoping will happen with the 360, if there will be one.

but either way, ur not suppoesed to pay attention to the "core" 360 sicne noone actually buys those, since they aren't full 360s
