coveant rush is easy to beat depends on skill level, i normally do it in legendary and i still are victorious (online friends all UNSC) i build 2 SP, then reactor, reactor air pad and non stop make hornets ull get about 7 hornets less than 5 mins if lucky, maybe more.

has any1 had this type of rush on them at once prophet, and brute cheiftan come to my base in the first minute and start making honour guards and brutes its so hard to defend especially when u got no turrets set up.

Be Covenant vs UNSC

1. Immediately build temple

2. Use the ghost to collect resources towards bottom of base

3. After temple, start vehicle factory then a warehouse

4. Use ghost to collect resources towards top right of base. Have prophet of regret join once he spawns. Then collect resources to left of the base

5. Start a 2nd warehouse. Upgrade 1st warehouse when you can

6. Prophet and ghost collect resources in the two spots to the bottom right of the base

7. Make gravity lift's rally point on top of it

8. When you have enough resources upgrade 2nd warehouse. Then wait till you have 350 to start a wraith

9. After you start a wraith, once you get 100, build a 3rd warehouse 

10. Once wraith spawns, attack with this force. Everytime your resources hit 350 start spawning a wraith and it'll join your army once it's ready.  

 

This all takes only a few minutes (~2:53). In this amount of time the UNSC can't start building anything that is effective against this group since it needs 2 reactors to get the RPGs/spartan jack upgrade/vehicle factory/aircraft factory. I know this is just one level on Heroic, but I thought it was kinda neat...

 

first of all, you're bad, i would have 3 gremlins and 3 warthogs and hooks, or a second base depending on the map when you got to my base, id also start building spartans if you wraith rushed and id send my warthogs and gremlins to camp your base for wraiths

WHAT BEATS THIS RUSH:

If I scout you (which I will) and see that you're building a Factory second.  Not only will I be in your base with 4-5 grenadier hogs with already two hooks (on blood gulch) or one (on Chasms) while I tear up your buildings.  I can easily take out your warehouses, and you wont have money to continue your feed.  Now, by this time I know you're going to be attacking me so I'll already have 2 AV turrets covering all my blindspots while a 3rd most likely already on the way for AV.  Those will tear up your Wraiths, along with Gremlins coming as well. 

Even without gremlins, this is ridiculously easy to counter.  I can just put my warthogs behind your Wraiths and run a Spartan up to jack it.  If you try to move your Wraith back he'll be blocked off.  If you try to beam my Warthogs, I'll get my Spartan on your Wraith. :]=

Just keep pumping out Hunters and Banshees. THey help each other out. Banshees/PoR take out flamers and hunter takes out tanks. Its a pretty good strat. Takes about 3 minutes to 3 minutes and 30 seconds.

 I just got off from playing and i was using that strategy =] didnt lose once.

that is pretty easy to beat, if your going to do that might as well do double banshee's....you cant think your good if you dont know banshee's counter tanks....

I actually LIKE 1v1 now...

I already know they counter tanks...... and the hunters are incase of wolverines if they every get there. And for the extra fire power.

 So before making assumptions you should probly ask questions.....
