Ok, I have another n00b question for ya.

I am finishing up The Fall of Reach again and I noticed something that I must have skimmed over the first time i read it. 

If the truth ever came to light--abtuced children, replaced by fast-grown clones...  The Fall of Reach Page 230-231

   Does this mean MC is a clone?  Or would they tell people he is a clone?  Cause I thought they abducted him and then trained him... didn't know they cloned him.... or am i confused?

no the MC is not a clone neither is any other spartan they were abducted and replaced, in their families, with flash clones that are prone to disease and die on in a short period of time. so john's parents think that he died as a eight or nine year old instead of being a MC in a super secret supersoldier program. hope this helps. and for the record this was not a noob question its a newb question. ur not a noob if u ask questions. cause we hate noobs.

If the Ark is on Earth, there is the possibility that the Flood could be on it. As such, perhaps when the Covenant reach the Ark, the release the Flood by accident (again...they don't learn obviously). I still believe the Elites will eventually join the Humans when the Arbiter contacts them, so it would make it  three way. This would also support my John-activating-Halos theory. Gravemind doesn't have to get to Earth if the Flood are in the Ark.

Truth be told, there is no real answer here. I can merely speculate and weigh the probability, and right now I figure it to be a 50% chance the Flood are in the Ark, and maybe a 75% chance the Ark is on Earth. that makes it a...I think that would be a 37.5% chance the Flood being on Earth, but with Bungie you never know. The Ark is widely believed to be on Earth, and the Flood could very well be in it, so we cannot tell at this point.

 

there is a 100% chance the ark is on earth havent u seen the halo trailer bungie already said that it was in new mombasa. the big light doesnt remind you of halo delta activating and the saying "this is the world ends
