Good ones should be commented on and "bad" ones given advice.

Then maybe, just maybe, more then a sprak can survive in the here.

I have never understood why people think fan fictions are even worth reading.  Unoriginal ideas laced with the illusion of talent.

Its a good way to express yourself and develop your writing skills.

Express yourself through others' ideas.

All work is influenced fool. What you fail to realize is the fact that aside from most works here, there are some that are original and go into more depth then the usual one.

i write because it's fun. period. you can do other stuff if you like, that's your own free will! there's no writing guild i'm seeking or accolades for others. i write because i like to. you may not like it, but others enjoy it, so you can just ignore the Library altogether . . . and i'll ignore a large portion of the Multiplayer section.

You call me a fool to give the illusion that you are more intelligent than me just because you like to use uncommon words.  Everything here is about Halo.  It is not influenced by Halo, it takes place in the same universe and there is no denying this.

You say you write for fun, yet you seek the praise and approval of an internet community.  If you really wrote for just fun you wouldn't care.

I used to read all of them, but the 10% with horrible grammar, bad spelling, and no punctuation drove me away.... Can you label good fan fics with something like *passed 1st grade English*, and then I'll read them.

I like to think that mine is alright to read. Mine are entitled "Anders and the Arbiter," and then there's "Halo: Archangel." I can guarantee the Anders one won't be what you expect.

I've passed English Comp II (a 200 level class), by the way :)

Great job in showing why Andres hated Halsey in Archangel! I think I already read Anders and the Arbiter.
