    Question of Releasing?

    Is there any point of asking about a Release year?

    Asides from that, I also have another relevant question.

    I understand that this game, initially, is being designed for the XBOX360. However, after it's release for the 360, could us PC-HALO fans expect a re-release of the game for PC at a later date, like it has been with HALO, and soon HALO 2? I don't expect any clear-cut yes or no answer, and I won't whine if you DO just say "no, never". I can understand the... restrictions... of Windows,and it's obvious re-writing something from a console system to PC could be difficult. It WAS managed, with some success for the origional HALO. HALO 2 has not obviously been released yet due to the standard-issue PC graphics card was some watered down NVidia, which is no longer the case now.

    I think they will sooner or later...

    I mean, they said that Halo2 would would only be for Xbox and that was that. But sure enough they come back and tell us that they are working on it.

    This is RTS, It would be a crime not to let it enter the realm of PCs!!!

    They're still making it, lots of unknown technicalitys could occur so the release date could be expanded and sized down.

    I think that Halo Wars will release around Holiday Season 2007.  It would make sense so Xbox 360 has a little more firepower at titles like MGS4.

    i'm sure it will be released before halo 3.  at the same time or even shortly after (a month or so) halo 3 will blow it away.

    Really?  This is the way I see the time line

     

    Halo wars released first

    Halo movie released a few months after

    Halo 3 released a few months after that
