Wolverfrog49:I'll be playing it on launch day. Shame about School though...
I've pre-ordered and payed it off. Monday night, at 10:30 to 11:00, I'll show up to my Game Stop in full Mark VI armor with Battle Rifle replica, and pwn face as I get my copy! I will have pictures; plenty of them. Then it's an all-night ODST marathon with me and a buddy. Tuesday won't be so much a "let's wake up for classes" thing, it'll be a "let's put ODST down to go to classes."

The warfare isn't even modern!
jk
It
is sort of true sometimes like really no guns have red dot sight on
them everyone in the real world uses iron sights -_-
Actually my dad (Iraq War Vet) was watching me play MWF1. Thankfully he didn't see much/any combat, so it didn't phase him (that happened to some friends of mine.) He said the only "un-realistic" thing about that game is the ammount of trees in the unnamed country (Iraq).

MEGA SPOILERZ AS TO WHAT HAPPENS
A
hole is dug in New Mombasa by a lot of Covenant Carriers. All of a
sudden a Forerunner ship activates the buried artifact, causing the
activation of the portal to the Ark. Master Chief and gang later blow
it up by overloading a partially completed Installation 04 Halo Ring.
/END SPOILER
I lol'd, but the hole wasn't dug in New Mombasa. It was dug about 35 km east of Voi, which was 100 some km from New Mombasa.
