I think my favorite player is HuK. Mothership rushed in the MLG event against Pinder, a top Australian and won. So so good at protoss mirrors.

TLO is pretty awesome, it just makes me sad that he MMMs half the time, makes for boring games, not much creativity.

TLO isnt american... and neither am i... all players use the best strategies they can, MMM has its uses but is also weak against other things like collosi/storm or infestors+banelings. saying that all TLO does is MMM is being ignorant.

He plays on the American servers, therefore he plays on American starcraft 2, I didn't say he was American.

Obviously every strategy has weaknesses, I didn't ask for a counter as I actually have no problem with it, I'm not interested in your likely bronze-league hypotheses. Suffice to say, though, that TLO's counter to collossi would be vikings and to storm, ghosts, like every other decent MMM terran and not something super amazingly innovative.

and, MMM is marine, marauder and medivac. not marine, marauder, medivac, viking and ghost. when people start getting vikings and ghosts with their MMM ball, it becomes late-mid/late game. the strat of going MMM is not a whole game strategy, once people start getting the "counters" as you guys like to put them, you need to change your army composition which means stopping this MMM strategy.

 anyway, get out of bronze league and we will talk more.

I was trying to explain to you how standard these counters are but your stupidity has blown me away in its failure to understand even the most simple explanations. I'm not telling you that this is creative or complex, I'm saying these COUNTERS, yes, COUNTERS are widely known and not a stroke of genius from TLO.

been watching his vids, they are hilarious.  He does some random stuff every game that no one has ever seen and wins most of them against the top sc2 players, its really fun to watch.  Anyone else seen his vids?  I saw one vid where he beat a protoss by going like 7 queens and zealots lol

TLO is from Germany and he plays on the korean server as he lives in Korea atm and is on Team Liquid. He plays tomorrow in the GSL Open season 1, you can watch it live @ GOMTV.net. He also plays terran, not zerg. He played toss in SC1, never zerg.

The 3M build is Marines,Marauders, & Medivacs. The buildings you need to make this combo leaves you open to make just about anything with a few tech buildings, whatever counters you may need, that why it is so powerful, but at its core it is the 3m bioball. What you transition into after that, whether it be ghost, ravens, siege tanks, vikings, banshees...all depends on what race you are facing and they are making.

He went out there with Team Liquid which he is on,to train and compete in the TG Intel Open(excuse me for getting the name of the  tourney wrong) therefore, currently plays on the Korean server, not the NA. He is also on IPS(his other team as Liquid lets its members play on other Pro teams). And he is playing live on GOMTV.net in exactly 1 hour and 55 minutes, in the round of 64. I have a GOMTV subscription I would know.

The joke was that it was Mikey's opinion that the strategy was that you can only make marines and marauders and medivacs until the end of the game and that this is what all the top players do. Other than that, any moderately competent person can tell you that you can transition into other units and therefore this section of the post is obvious bullshlt.

Additionally, the fact that TLO moved to Korea, LAST WEEK does not make him a long-standing Korean gamer. I said that he's featured in AMERICAN starcraft videos and commentaries. Which, of course, he is, as an icon particularly amongst Americans. Notably, you aren't even arguing against this fact, you're just stating obvious BS.

Apart from that, I really couldn't give a *** about the specifics of TLO's international travel as that isn't what this thread is about at all.
