Seriously, why the f*uck does everyone want this? AMG WE WANT EVERY UNIT IN THE GAME TO BE 100% EXACTLY AND UTTERLY THE SAME LOLOLOL. Seriously, shut the *** up. Flamers are BETTER than Jackals. A unit shouldn't be completely reprogrammed because they can't kill one unit--which they can anyways. Flamers do consistent, stream damage (and a crapton of building damage when in 10+ with Oxide). Jackals are great until they get swarmed--and they have horrible building. Not to mention the fact that Flamethrowers have something special called Flashbangs. Yeah, they're really good.
But the only time they can stand up to a leader is when they are massed, and against an Arbiter, you need a DB.
"The leaders are supposed to be the most powerful units in the game." ~Esemble. The leaders are there to do great damage. If you gave them snipers, they'd be owned like he owns Jackals anyways. Please, just because they may or may not be able to kill ONE unit in the game doesn't make them UP--it makes the other unit OP if anything. Which he isnt. Flamethrowers are fine. They're better than Jackals in almost every single way.
But my max pop T3 flamers can't kill one leader except for the Brute Army Commander. Also you spelled Ensemble wrong.
Spartans-No Change except they can jack Scarabs and Vultures. (even then it takes a f**klong time to hijack/gain veterancy)
Yeahno. You're an idiot. Why should a unit that costs 3000 resources, 20 pop, and already sucks b*lls in the first place be jackable? Not to mention the unfairness--you could have a max pop of Grizzlies then just jack a Scarab and bam, you got 20 more pop than you should have from a unit.
Only Cutter can have this upgrade for Spartans... Just as only Forge can have Grizzlies...
Cutter has ODST. This is a retarded idea that can lead to some really bad problems. Like I said, max pop tanks and then you jack a Scarab, and boom, you go to 60/40 pop and you lolpwn everybody. It's totally unfair, and who even builds uber units? You're giving too much power to Spartans. They're fine
For one, I said it would take a LOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNG time to hijack, also who builds Scarabs against tanks, 15 canister shells and a dead scarab. Also they did it in campaign, why not in multiplayer...

The name comes from the game Halo 3: ODST. What I'm saying is when you upgrade this, it trains units quicker and goes much faster, but the turrets SUCK!
The Elephant isn't meant to be a tank. It's a mobile barracks with minor defenese. It's meant to pump out infantry, not take out armies.
It isn't supposed to take out armies, it's supposed to be a moblie base, the guys that come out of the back kill armies, also the defense turret dishes out the same damage, it's the ones on the side that are weakened.
The other units are not changed.

Breaks canon. Ensemble/Robot would not be able to explain the Plasma Rhino in the Halo Universe or how the UNSC got it, especially that early in the war, and they would have to pay Bungie for f*cking up their canon. Plus it's a retarded idea, Cobra's are great against armor already. The reason the Plasma Rhino was in campagin was because it was made clear then it was just a prototype and that was the first time using them and whatnot. However it can be inferred that they were never taken out of prototype stage. The Plasma Rhino isn't even anti-armor, it's anti-shield. The only use it'd have is to assault Covenant shield gens.
Multiplayer breaks canon. Also I meant just slap the name Plasma Rhino on it, make it's projectiles look like plasma, but don't weaken it.

I am not insane enough to put a nerf/buff on Gremlins, they are balanced already.
The only reason that I even changed Anders was because the Barracks is full, the Vehicle Depot is full, but there is a missing spot in the Air Pad.

Ultra Turrets- rate of fire needs to be increased, damage decreased a bit (have a Covenant version too)

Pelicans- (There is an empty slot in the Field Armory) T4 upgrade. Pelicans move faster, have weapons (very weak weapons), and good armor. Fixed.
