    I believe Prophet of Regret should have the ability to give all of his units a form of a shield whenever he is close to them for a period of time, and oversheild to his units with sheilds. Like how Arby has the whole giving strength upgrade. And Chieftain should give his army more health whenever he is in the general area.

    1. Cheaper upgrades
    2. Cheaper units
    3. More Warehouses because there is no need for reactors
    UNSC's eco bonus is there to not make the Covenant overpowered.

    As mentioned above, Temple = reactor+field armoury so you can have more warehouses and if your base gets destroyed less buildings to be rebuilt for tech levels.

    Also if you tech to t 3 with covy, and ur temple is destroyed, you retain t 3 for 500 rs.
