By that logic, every unit in the game is UP on one side or the other.  Seriously.  That's like saying Cobra's are UP because Hunters beat them.  You define a unit by if it can or can't kill what it's supposed to kill and if it can't do what it's supposed to do.

    1) Ghosts give a great swarm factor.  Seriously, they soak up rage damage like crazy along with AoE damage from Canisters and stop jacks from Spartans.

    2) Ghosts annihilate air.

    Working as intended.

    I agree.. sort of. Ghosts beat air, but definitely don't annihilate them.

    And by 'soaking up rage damage like crazy' do you mean 'die instantly when raged'? And they 'soak up' canisters?

    They just die.

    I love ghosts though, you don't get a perfect chance to use them often.

    not in team games anyway, 1v1 however they have alot of uses.

    If I swarm 14 ghosts onto an Arbiter with my 12 jackals, for instance.  The Arby will be raging like crazy and just hitting the ghosts for the most part.  I'll easily kill him. 

    That's just one example though.

    um have you played halo 3 matey???? 

     

    The hogs equal is a PROWLER not a ghost.

     

     

    And at the start of a game, the ghost can attack, a hog can only ram, just simply kill their hog at the start and slow their supply gathering down.

    You can't "Simply" kill a hog in the beginning.  If I run away with said hog all over the place, your supply gathering suffers too.  Not to mention any smart UNSC gets gunner almost right away.

    oh totally so gona waster 250 supplies on gunner to kill a ghost, i get my team mates to help ram the crap outta it but. Waste money, I think not. 

     

    And as for "good" unsc players getting gunner, you only buy gunner for rushing. If you intend on milking people for points, getting gunner is retarded. 

    oh and if i have a ghost, i'd have a leader, i can waste your time getting supplies, while my leader picks them up in 5 seconds.

    So I have 3 Warthogs running around the map picking up resources from 3 different crates, while you try to chase down one of my Warthogs which you will never kill because I will constantly be running away. You are better off trying to get crates with your Ghost.

     It's not a waste to get gunner you tool.  99% of UNSC builds consist of 4-5 gunner hogs going around collecting supplies, getting hooks cleared, killing a PoR, or clearing a base.  I'm saying such because your ghost wouldn't stand up to them--I'm not going out for your ghost.  Try not to suck so much.

    I'll repeat.  Uses of Gunner:

    Clearing Bases, Clearing Hooks, Defending Hooks (Speed = win), Gauss Teching, Killing PoR, Hit and Runs, Harassment.  And since you're bad, I'll explain that Harassment =/= Rushing.  Stop being bad.
