Re: Are Bungie, Robot & Bonfire developing games for Project Natal?

    DFang:

    Problems with Wii:

    No Halo

    Bad Graphics all the time

    Made by Nintendo

    No Halo

    Motion controller disconnects a lot

    No Halo

    Good parts:

A somewhat new and innovative idea.

    cheap

...No Halo is the bad part? Don't get me wrong. I loved Halo (everyone one of 'em) just like almost everyone else. but it has become a severely over-hyped and over-praised game.

3 and a half games later, and the marine's faces still look like shit... Grenades that can't kill, while a melee to the back of the head = instakill... Only viable weapon (other than power weapons) is the BR, anything else is completely pointless. Laggy online visuals ( +bodies that keep falling...forever)....Why 3 headshots at point-blank on hardcore didn't kill....wtf.

    //continue"ramble.func"=false//run"stopramble.exe"//

Anyways. I just think that Bungie needs to really change how they make the next Halo games, or let a different developer make them for a change...

Ever heard of Metroid? AKA one of the best games EVER, Prime was beyond amazing

I had Metroid Prime 2: Echoes

That game sucked, I only got to 64% complete before I got totally bored.

     I. Never. Finished. It. And I don't regret it at all.

By far the worst, if you want the best play metroid prime 1, and it is an amazing game, just stick with it and you will love it, or you are stupid

Echoes was so bad, I think I'll just stick with being stupid instead of risking wasting my time on another...

Speaking of good game, and I'm not comparing it to Metroid Prime...

But Dead Space was surprisingly entertaining. I almost didn't buy it, but I did and I Loved it. I don't normally play games through twice (I usually trade them in once I'm done...as normal people do), but Dead Space was so good that I played it through twice, and I still haven't traded it in.

Dead Space was F*ing amazing! I bought it as a joke really. I thought it would be funny to play a scary game. My friend is a f4g when it comes to horror and jumpy bits, so I bought it, went to his house, turned of lights, closed curtains and played. He sh1t himself sooo much in the beggining, admitidly, it was brown trousers time for myslef lol.

It was single-player game of the year for me. Awesome graphics, solid soundtrack, decent enough story, and *** great controls that worked almost flawlessly.

MP: E had a lot of nothing moments. No enemies, no story telling, and no real talking. Just you exploring...exploring, searching, scanning, rinse and repeat.

If you like that kinda game then it's fine and dandy. I'm not insulting MP. It has high critical acclaim with people that aren't me. That's just my opinion.

Dead Space was never boring for me, very engaging and kinda adrenaline-pumping at some times. It has to be the only game that I NEVER got frustrated with because of cheap bosses, clunky controls, lazily programmed gameplay elements, or terrible graphics for no reason.

    9.5 outta 10 for me.

It was alot more focused in MP 1, and story telling is told through the logs, and what do you expect, its a gamecube game..

    Same, just follow the hints

Was a good game, but too short

Re: Are Bungie, Robot & Bonfire developing games for Project Natal?

Why are all you recent posts in bold?

Dead Space was brillient! The first opening part where you first encounter the necromorphs was brillient! Sh1t me up and won my heart for the rest of the game. It was like an interactive movie for me. It was sooooo smooth and flawless.

Dead Space 2 is now in production. I dont know how they will do this. Towards the end of Dead Space, the scary bits got old, so to keep you interested, they had some good twists in the story. But in DS2, weve already fallen for all teh traps, and the story alone isnt going to hold it, so what are they going to do to up the game?
