    I have all the Achievments (including the new ones), except for the General one, and I have beat the Solo Legendary and Heroic Coop Campaigns. Do yyou need to get par time and a Gold Medal for every mission?

    100% Completion
    Complete the campaign, obtain a gold medal on each mission on every difficulty, collect all skulls and black boxes and complete the following achievements before this will unlock:
    - Titan
    - Halo Historian
    - Graverobber
    - Wall of Recognition
    - Epic Grinder
    - Playin' The Field
    - Gallivant Around The Galaxy
    - Empire Builder
    - All 15 Mission Specific 5 Point Achievement
