Vrong: ll Blaky ll: a55a55in8ur: I'm a little suprised this hasn't been discovered yet or posted, but hard counter units don't need to be upgraded in order to kill the other counter. It may not apply to hunters and grizzlies, but think about it.
Wolverines with no upgrades rape all air units. So unless your looking for a siege weapon of sorts or need to boost their combat efficiency then the upgrades are pointless.
Same with vamps. In fact upgrading them is reletively useless as they already have their stasis attack which is what makes them a great AA.
And cobras too
I am not saying that the upgrades are uselss, just pointing out that you don't really need to bother upgrading your cobs if your enemy starts pumping out tanks.
vamps without 1st upgrade is worthless.
Wouldnt say they are worthless but unless you have more vamps than the other guy has hornets or banshees you shouldnt stasis. Just sit there and shoot them till the numbers are even then stasis. With vamps that have no upgrade if you stasis the air unit you stasis dies a lot slower than if you were to just shoot it normally...so if he has more and you stasis the one that didnt get stasised can just turn and shoot your vamps withough worrying about being shoot at themselves and your vamps will not regain health.
At least against hornets they are worthless (again without 1st UG) the hornets can attack while moving, and the vamp has terrible turn speed, so the hornet can just circle it to death, of course this happens when the enemy has descent micro.
Gamebattle tournaments are BULLSH-IT it should be GayBattles instead...
