Re: Covenant armies vs. Human armies

ok the main reason the cov are wining is there stupid space ships that can glass planets so if the unsc ships get blown up than theres nothing stoping them from glassing the planet also the cov almost never lade on a planet cues it results in unnecessary deaths of there troops so if the cov had no super ships than the unsc wouldn't be losing

If failure is inevitable, fail spectacularly.

I think it should be like company of heroes.. that had a really good interface.. and the way it worked would really work.. for small conflicts.. which is more realistc on smaller maps.. i mean the amount of units on gnerals maps was insane..

Re: Covenant armies vs. Human armies

i have to say that the cov do have strenght but they always have the grunts go in first also they dont have a good stratigty to fight on the other hand the humans have courege ab brains that they use to make new battle plans to fight in the war also the humans have a nice space fleet an half the time the cov get surprised that the humans r there wich is a BIG ADVANTIGE to fight in the war an the cov can barly fight against the flood they struglle but they may win soo do the humans but seriusly the humans will win this war

Re: Covenant armies vs. Human armies

The UNSC is not losing the ground battles. The books describe them as being able to hold their own against an outnumbering army on the ground. The problem just is that the covenant lose the ground engagement but then retreat to their ships where they can just glass every last inch the planet. So yes the humans should be superior on the ground.

Re: Covenant armies vs. Human armies

Yeah// But tbh, with the MC we have never been in a really big battle... they are always guerilla warfare [halo] or just suprise skirmishes
