i was trying legendary on cairo station in halo 2, i was trying to do the bit where the second ship docks the station, and i managed to keep the dude in the white uniform alive (who's upastairs along the long pier thing) and so i went up to him and he said "i could have played gutair, but my grandma took mine away from me when i was 16"

I was on the ark, in the second bit where the AAgun is, and there was only one marine left as he had got stuck behind one of those covenant weapon boxes, so i cleared, he runs out until the oppening, where in my absense the brutes had taken over,, when he yells " I throw like a girl!" then chucks a frag underarm. which i found kinda funny.

Speaking of the "taunt enemy corpse" AI animation, in Truth and Reconciliation, Keyes had that animation in his AI, so he would run up to a dead elite, unload on it with his needler, therefore blowing everybody up

It's not what a Marine said, but what a berserking Brute said. I was playing Co-op Legendary, on The Covenant. We were at the third tower, fighting the Brutes around the control panel. As I drop the Cheiftains power armor, he berserks and lunges at me, and just as he lands his "punch," he yells "FALCON PUNCH!"

 

IWHBYD skull is awesome.

for me its was on the level The Storm before you go in and take out the AA gun after you kill the brute wielding the hammer and his pack, one marine walked next to me and said "Hey we di- erm...eh well I made it..." I was laughing my ass of cause it was JUST right out random and in another part in Sierra 117 right before you enter the Sniper Alley, I accidently shot Sgt. Stacker and he said "Moron the concept is pretty obvious shoot the ALIENS" oh and before you enter where the pelicans get shot down, I was picking up a BR and he said, "We Have a Job to do to SHOOT ALIENS...erm what are WE doing?"

on halo 2 on that one level with the scarab, i pushed a marine off into the water, and the scarab stepped on his body, then one marine started whistling the taps song. I played that level like 60 times just to hear it again, and it hasn't happened yet.

I killed a 3 marines in Halo 2, the one marine looks around and says, "Where is the Megg when you need it?!" I cracked up then the pummled me with SMG bullets
