My very first post was on the "How Many Spartans?" thread in the Halo-verse section. It was on page 10 and it was several paragraphs in length detailing the suriving Spartans. Both Spartan-II's and Spartan-III's. It goes into detail as to how many died on REACH and where the rest of them died. It also included the final known spot of the surviving Spartans.
Following that one up somebody said that I forgot about Spartan-062 (Maria) but I spesificly stated in the original post that she was not included in the total for surviving Spartans as she was nolonger on active duty.
Then during that same follow-up post they stated that Cassandra was also a possablility. Yes there may in fact have been a Cassandra in Grey Team (the names and numbers of that three person team are still unknown) but other then that there is no mentioned Cassandra in Spartan-II rosters. The only other possable explenation is that she is a possable Spartan-I. Yes this would make her Cronologicly 80+ years old. Some how she knew Spartan-117 (John) and was able to contact him sometime after the events on the first Halo (Installation 04). But this is in doubt as no other information about her has been revield. She could simply be an ONI agent who knows Spartan-117 for all we know.
