I don't mind how many threads you make a day, although some of them are about implementing impractical ideas. And its kind of annoying when you make threads complaining about the forum, or what some members said to you.

    Re: A question about posting...

i think this thread does have a point because on several occasions i have seen James T get flamed by guys who do nothing but flame. He brings up valid questions and proof to his own points that guys shrug off just to flame him. Then me and other guys end up defending him and bringing up our own valid points

    Re: A question about posting...

I've seen James T get flamed for some of his threads, while a lot have valid points, some were ridiculous to say the least.

I've also seen JT flame others who disagreed with his ideas, so he's not completlely innocent.

If you don't want to be flamed, don't make yourself a target for it. This thread is a prime example that.

    Re: A question about posting...

Okay, maby i don't know the whole story, but i have not seen James T make any irrelivent threads recently.  So long as threads are related to halo or halo wars, why not post a ton?  It's not spam if it has a purpose or use.  If he is spamming, than that will be delt with by the mods, otherwise, there's nothing wrong with brining up new topics (or ones that are really old).

That's what i did when i first came here, made like 12 threads on stuff that wasn't talked about.... even if most discussions only lasted a page ^^

If he is spamming, than ignore this post; but if he's not, there's no reason to ridacule [flame] him.

agreed, people do that all the time, instead of saying "this wont work but how about this" they go "THIS WONT WORK YOU DUMB**** GO EAT DIRT YOU SCUMBAG" or something like that. I swear some people just come on to take out their anger on people who dont care,

now im not saying i havent been mean to a guy or two, but each time they point it out i apologize because the last thing i need are online enemies besides the ones i have on xbox live

    Re: A question about posting...

There are not that many people who flame for no reason. If you get flamed, you most likely deserved it. 2 People Per Match was a waste (no offense). I don't think that you should be making more than 2 "relevent" threads a day because your idea of relevent may differ from a lot of other people. There isn't a lot new to talk about on these forums so if you don't want to be flamed don't repeat threads, be original.

    Re: A question about posting...

Most people here, if they disagree with someone they do it in a civilized manner. There are few people who constantly flame, but alot of you new guys make it seem like everyone does it in every post. If you're getting all worked up over the extremely small amount of flaming that people do today, if you were here a year ago, you'd guys would probably commit suicide.

how can we be original? i have seen Jame T come up with original ideas and guess what, a bunch of guys came in and flamed him and i had to come in and help him point out his valid points, because his ideas are usually good, while the flamers just say they suck but dont come up with anything of their own.

The ideas are original, but sometimes impractical for this game.
