Do you mean hunters? or flood infected hunters?

If the later, Hunters are immune to flood infection as a single worm has insuffcient mass, and they have no central nervous system for the infection form to  use.

They just mean the uses for Hunters, not different forms.

The ones with armor are the soldiers (only ones we see), while there are probably also workers, scientists, non-combatants, and others.
